AFRICAN AFFAIRS ADVISORY GROUP - MEETING

DATE: March 9th, 2017 TIME: 7:00pm to 8:30pm ADDRESS: 1 Veterans Pl, Silver Spring MD 20910 Do you know your rights? It is never too late……. Come and join the conversation with the Montgomery County African Affairs Advisory Group as we discuss a very important issues in our communities. This week our first Agenda focuses on Immigration.   Please come and learn, meet the experts , know your rights , learn how to access Pro bono legal services and other resources that are readily available for you as a resident of the Montgomery County Maryland. Our next priority is Education. Immigrant Children need a specialized focus and support. We encourage parents to participate and learn how to better communicate deep issues with their children, how to respond to their questions and support their needs.
